Do you love to make quilt tops but hate to put them together?  Well there is a solution to your UFOs (Un Finished Objects).  Let me finish them for you.  No need to baste or pin together which is the worst part of quilting. 

Quilting is hand guided using a long arm machine, not computerized, so there will be variances in the stitching and each quilt will be unique. The patterns that I offer can be a compliment to any quilt top. Most of the designs are contemporary so I do not offer Heirloom quilting. I use 100% cotton thread and also some of the new decorative polys.

I work in my home which is smoke free.  All quilts are treated and designed as if they were my own. (maybe better than my own)

Quilt Labels

I offer embroidered quilt labels.  These can be simple lettering stitched on fabric or a whole framed design. Email me for samples.  $5 discount on labels for quilts I have quilted.  Prices range from $10 to $25 .

What is a long arm quilting machine?

My long arm quilting machine is an  APQS American Professional Quilting Systems Discovery.  (www.apqs.com )

The machine has a very long throat plate so it can move freely stitching the quilts. The table is 12 feet long so it will hold most quilt sizes (width up to 115").  The top and backing are pinned to the double rollers and the batting is fed though them. Then they are pulled to the other roller to advance the quilt for each row.  I have patterns to follow but the designs are stitched by moving the machine myself. It is not computer guided and I do not have a stitch regulator.
